Create your Substance Graph Instance

  1. Select your Substance Instance Factory

  2. RightClick>Create Graph Instance> New Instance

  3. Pick a directory for your new Graph Instance - /Library/Dirt in this example

  4. Name it. I use the name "T_Dirt_Rubble" because the Texture name is derived from the graph

  5. Untick Create Material - you will use one which has already been set up for you

  6. Click Import
